2.2. The main working principle:
The device is a arc-down rolling machine and controlled by PC. Its a new type and it adopts advanced technology from Switzerland Round company. It feeding plate just one time, dont need to return. And then can to pre-bend the ends of plate and roll into some shape. The 3 rollers are the main drive rollers. Transfer power to 3 working rollers to revolve by motor and gear. The 2 bottom rollers do lifting movement by arc trajectory, the lifting movement controlled by computer, leveling automatically, display by screen, the symmetrical precision attached ± 0.2mm. The flip-device installed dumping fuel tank, and it can dump and stand, so it easy to feed plate.
3. The main characters of this device
3.1. The 3 working rollers are main drive rollers, not east to skid when roll sheet and small-diameter workpiece, expand the roll range.
3.2. The 3 rollers adopt 42CrMo forging, quenching and tempering treatment HB250~280, compound mechanical properties is good, wear resistance is high, it suit to high-load work, and has o long life
3.3. The moment of the 3 rollers are roll friction, the bearings of the working rollers shafts are roll bearings, they have the characters low speed, weight load, and big torque. So the reactive power loss ID small, the work efficiency is high, and lower the total capacity of the device.
3.4. The 2 bottom rollers do lifting movement by arc-track.
3.5 Adopts move arm instead slide track movement, overcome the difficult to produce, easy to wear and big friction coefficient bring with slide tract. So extend the service life.
3.6 Driving bottom rollers by moment arm and oil tank, used leverage principle, so less the reactive power loss.
3.7 The two ends of bottom rollers rotate by the same center, lifting controlled by PC, leveling automatically, movement precision is high, and the symmetrical precision attached ± 0.2mm.
